MINUTES of the Meeting held in the Council Chamber, Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne on Tuesday 5 February 2013 from 10:00 am to 10:14 am.

Present: Councillor Duncan Dewar-Whalley (Chairman), Councillors Barnicott and Tony Winckless. Councillor Graham Addicott (Parish Council observer).

533	election of chairman RESOLVED: (1) That Councillor Duncan Dewar-Whalley be elected Chairman for this meeting.

535	exclusion of the press and public RESOLVED: (1) That under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act. 1. 536	consideration of complaint no. sbc 009.11 The Sub-Committee determined that it accepted the Investigator's report that there was no breach of the Code of Conduct by the Parish Councillor in question. RESOLVED: (1) That there was no breach of the Code of Conduct.
537	consideration of complaint no. sbc 010.11 The Sub-Committee determined that it accepted the Investigator's report that there was no breach of the Code of Conduct by the Parish Councillor in question. RESOLVED: (1) That there was no breach of the Code of Conduct.
